Yourity — Where learning meets strategyLet’s talk ↗

✳ START WITH WHY

Growth begins
with people.

We believe work should bring out
the best in people.

When responsibilities are unclear, teams keep facing the same friction or new managers need support, growth takes more than another training session. We connect people development with the way your business actually works.

OUR WHY · OUR BRAND PHILOSOPHY

Serious About Impact.
Not About Being Serious.

We believe people deserve meaningful growth and the clarity, confidence and opportunity to do their best work.

That is why Yourity exists. We want professional growth to be something people look forward to — engaging in the room, useful at work and connected to the business they are helping to build.

THE BELIEF BEHIND THE BUSINESS

When good people struggle,
look deeper.

Capable people, unclear expectations. Busy teams, recurring friction. New managers carrying responsibilities they haven’t been prepared for. A growing business that still depends on its founder for every decision. These are the challenges worth getting to the root of.

Kylie brings hands-on experience in both HR management and operations, including building an HR department from the ground up. She understands the challenges behind management decisions and the day-to-day realities frontline teams face. Her approach goes beyond explaining theory: she draws on practical experience to connect learning with real workplace problems. Information is easy to find. The judgement that comes from experience takes time to build.

Yourity brings that perspective to a simple belief: people’s growth and the way a business works belong in the same conversation. We help connect the two, so development has a purpose beyond the session and a place in everyday work.

02 — HOW WE WORK

Start with understanding.
Build towards change.

We start with your context, shape the work around your people,
and connect each insight to something they can use.

01 / UNDERSTAND

Ask better questions.

Explore your priorities, workforce challenges and organisational context before deciding what support fits.

02 / DESIGN

Make it your own.

Shape the learning or consultation around your language, structure and real workplace situations.

03 / APPLY

Bring it back to work.

Connect insights with practical actions, clear ownership and a useful way to review progress.

✳

Rigorous in our thinking.
Human in our delivery.

OUR THINKING IN PRACTICE

Before choosing training,
understand the problem.

An illustrative workplace scenario — not a client case study.

THE SITUATION

“Our teams need better communication.”

Handover mistakes keep happening. Frontline staff repeat work, managers chase updates and everyone feels the other team should have done more.

LOOK A LITTLE DEEPER

Is it a skill gap, or a gap in how work flows?

We would first explore who owns each handover, what information is needed and where expectations differ. We would listen to both managers and the people doing the work.

CHOOSE WHAT FITS

Match the support to the cause.

The next step might be communication practice, clearer responsibilities, a simpler handover process or a combination. A framework is useful when it helps people handle the work in front of them.

03 — WHAT WE DO

Our purpose,
put into practice.

Learning and development, corporate training, workforce assessment
and diagnosis, business coaching and consultation.

CAPABILITY → APPLICATION

Learning that belongs
in the workplace.

Corporate training and development built around your team’s real situations. Bring leadership, communication and collaboration frameworks into the conversations and decisions people make every day.

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT

Why first. Then how. Then what.

  1. Why — Find the purpose. We’ll begin with why the change matters to your people and your business, and the difference you hope it will make.
  2. How — Shape the approach. With that purpose in mind, we’ll explore how to move forward in a way that fits your people, workplace and priorities.
  3. What — Define the support. Then we’ll identify the programme, assessment, coaching or consultation that fits, with a proposed scope for you to consider before committing.

You don’t need to have a programme in mind. Start with why this matters to you — we’ll explore the rest together.
